Off-Site Training Getaway for Sales

On the last weekend of May 2016, all seventeen of our System Design Specialists along with Owner William Cantey and Sales Manager Luke Stemple traveled to Santee, SC for an off-site training and meeting.
Training including role-playing, correct usage of our computer systems, and discussion of upcoming products were some of the few topics covered every morning during the weekend.
After the training, the Sales team then bonded over eating, fishing, and boating.
We even had the Vice President of Basement Systems, Inc, Mike Delmolino, visit the Cantey Sales team in Santee!
With the perfect balance of work and play, the System Design Specialists truly came together and communicated on not only how to better themselves, but also their customer’s lives.
