Foreman Matt Garcia has been with Cantey Foundation Specialists for over two years, and although he is one of our youngest foreman, he is definitely one of the most driven. This past quarter, Matt has finished jobs in a timely manner, collected nearly all payments from customers, found and fixed issues that the Specialist may not have seen during initial inspection, and had great reviews from customers. He communicated with the customers throughout the job, and he was, “very friendly, professional, and respectful.” In addition to this high praise, Matt has also begun training for foundation repair so that he may expand his knowledge in the industry. Currently, he and his crew concentrate on CleanSpace encapsulation which are completed to the highest standard, but they are ready to start pushing piers and helical piers to help their customers even more.
