Challenge
This homeowner in Irmo, SC, noticed their front porch was unlevel after five years of living in the home. Since their house was still under warranty they contacted the builder of their home in hopes to have this problem fixed.
Solution
The builder of the home contacted Cantey Foundation Specialists to receive some assistance on solving the issue. Cantey Foundation Specialists used its PolyLEVEL concrete leveling system to fill the voids under the concrete slab to raise it back to it's original position. With an inspection by Trey Smedley and the installation by Blake Walker, our company was able to make the front porch a much more pleasing appearance for this homeowner's porch.
