Bert K. of Rock Hill was buying a new house that needed extensive attention to the crawlspace and foundation. Cantey Foundation Specialists sent their experts for a FREE inspection and estimate and Bert K. received a non nonsense, detailed plan to redefine his dream home.
Tom B. was worried about one side of his house settling into the soil; he could already tell that one corner had sunk about a quarter inch, which was apparent through small cracks in the brick siding. Tom's new addition to his home was not completely stablized, so he called Cantey Foundation Specialists. PolyLEVEL technicians TJ Harden and Ryan McPherson injected the polymer substance horizontally underneath the concrete slab floor. Usually PolyLEVEL is used to lift and level concrete slabs, but in Tom's case, the process was used to only fill the voids underneath and completely stabilize the floor.
In just two days, Cantey was able to supply Tom with the solution he needed for his problematic foundation problems. Now, Tom does not have to worry about his home sinking further into the soil and causing any more foundation problems!
