Foundation Support Solutions for all Commercial Construction Projects
As a member of the Supportworks, Inc. international network of contractors, we offer a complete line of commercial foundation products for the remedial repair of existing structures as well as end-bearing deep foundations.
Concrete Leveling
We utilize the PolyLevel® injection system to effectively lift and level sinking concrete slabs. This high-density expanding foam fills voids and stabilizes underlying soil, offering a lightweight, waterproof solution that cures within minutes to allow for immediate traffic and minimal disruption to your business operations.
Push Pier Systems
The Supportworks push pier system utilizes high-strength steel to permanently stabilize settling foundations. It develops a verified factor of safety against settlement through precise installation methods and the sequence in which multiple piers are driven deep into load-bearing strata and then hydraulically re-loaded for support.
Helical Anchors / Tiebacks
Helical Anchors (also referred to as tiebacks) provide lateral stability to foundation walls and retaining walls with unbalanced earth pressures. Helical anchors can be installed with hand-held equipment, mini-excavators, skid steers, backhoes, track hoes, or crane-supported rigs so the anchors can be installed in almost any application.
Helical Piers
Helical piles are a factory-manufactured steel foundation system consisting of a central shaft with one or more helix-shaped bearing plates. Commonly referred to as blades, these plates are welded to the lead section to transfer structural loads effectively to competent soil strata found deep underground.
Crawl Space Jacks
We install the SmartJack® system to support sagging commercial floor joists and beams. These adjustable steel posts stabilize the structure and restore level floors, providing a lasting, high-capacity support solution that withstands moisture, prevents rot, and handles heavy loads better than traditional concrete methods.
Foundation Support Data
Our products are designed in accordance with, accepted AISC methods to ensure reliability. Systems are rigorously tested at independent laboratories and, when required, at facilities accredited by the International Accreditation Service (IAS) to perform product-specific testing that meets necessary engineering standard.

Are all floor cracks a sign of a serious problem?
Not all floor cracks are serious. Small, hairline cracks are often a normal result of concrete drying and shrinking. However, if cracks are widening, uneven, or extending into your walls, or if your floors feel bouncy or sag, they could indicate more significant issues like foundation settlement, expansive soils, or crawl space structural problems, and should be professionally inspected.
